Week 2: STOP (Pastor Mark)

Many of us never truly stop. We may pause from time to time but only long enough to catch our breath before we start running again. Stopping feels counterintuitive, counterproductive, a sudden halt in momentum. Many of us feel guilty any time we stop. Yet in the opening pages of scripture, God bakes a day of ceasing into the rhythm of creation. He Himself models this rhythm of stopping. Most of us believe we can’t afford to stop. This week we’ll discover why we can’t afford not to.
